“I enjoyed the crazy years of the Interet bubble but part of me was glad when it all calmed down. With an Internet business you can live anywhere. So why always live in the middle of a big city with all the noise, bad air and people running around all day? As long as I’m living in Israel, I want to live in an area where people and development are needed most. Hence the Negev, Israel’s desert. That’s the enterpreneur in me – realizing that something empty is something promising. The Miamian in me has always wanted to live near the beach. Eilat is a desert town as well as a world class resort town at the same time.
Today I’m very optimistic – as an Israeli and as an American. We went through some tough security and economic times in the early 2000’s. The millenium got off to a rough start around the world and there’s good reason to believe that in 2005 things will really get moving!”
